Delivery times and costs

There is no minimum order to make purchases on the Site. Product prices include all taxes and fees. All prices are in Euros.

Shipping within Italy:

The shipping fee is € 9.00 throughout the country.

Shipping is free throughout the country with a minimum expenditure of € 60.00.

Transport and Delivery

The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase process in the appropriate field.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Tenuta Masciangelo is not responsible for delays not foreseeable or not attributable to it.

Once shipped the Products, the Customer will receive a confirmation email in which will be included a link to refer to for tracking the shipment.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products ordered will be delivered within a period of 7 (seven) working days from the day following the day on which Tenuta Masciangelo confirmed the order to the Customer through a special order confirmation email. The aforementioned period of 7 working days applies to shipments in Italy.
